Afterwards, go to bed without washing your neck, so that the onion juice can work its magic overnight. By doing this, you are naturally supporting the function of your thyroid gland.

And for an added benefit, place a slice of onion in your socks before sleeping. This will allow the onion extract to purify your blood while you sleep.
